Kh. Tana, Nablus District: Israeli settlers and soldiers known to local Palestinian residents as settlers attacked two Palestinians near a spring

On Friday, 16 August 2024, at around 2:00 P.M., four settlers and two soldiers known to local Palestinian residents as settlers arrived at ‘Ein a-Tahta spring, north of the Khirbet Tana community, and attacked two residents who had gone to the spring with a six-year-old child to fill water containers. The settlers poured the water and beat the two adult residents with a gun on the chest, back, and hands. The Palestinian residents were forced to leave, while the settlers remained near the spring.

Israel’s regime of apartheid and occupation is inextricably bound up in human rights violations.
