On 18 August 2022, at around 8:00 A.M., ‘Ammar Abu ‘Alia (40), a resident of Wadi Dalia, discovered that settlers had entered his land, located about two kilometers east of Ras a-Tin, torn a covered shelter, vandalized a water pipe about 50 meters long and spilled 10 sacks of bran and barley. Abu ‘Alia reported this to the Palestinian DCO.
Israel’s regime of apartheid and occupation is inextricably bound up in human rights violations. B’Tselem strives to end this regime, as that is the only way forward to a future in which human rights, democracy, liberty and equality are ensured to all people, both Palestinian and Israeli, living between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea.
