37 years old, resident of Beit Surik, al-Quds District, killed on 26 Sep 2017 in Har Adar, Ramallah and al-Bira District, by live ammunition. Additional information: Shot dead by Border Police officers and a settlement security coordinator after shooting dead a Border Police officer and two settlement security guards, as they were screening laborers at the entrance to the settlement of Har Adar. According to the police, the settlement security coordinator was moderately to seriously hurt in the incident.
18 years old, resident of Wad Qadum, East Jerusalem District, killed on 21 Jul 2017 in Ras al-'Amud, East Jerusalem District, by live ammunition. Additional information: Shot and killed by unknown Israelis after youths had thrown firecrackers at the settlement of Maale HaZeitim in East Jerusalem. The findings of B’Tselem’s research raise concern that the shots were fired by a settler or by the settlement’s security guard.
28 years old, resident of Jabal al-Mukabber, East Jerusalem District, killed on 08 Jan 2017 in East Jerusalem, by live ammunition. Additional information: Shot and killed by soldiers and an Israeli civilian at the Armon Hanatziv Promenade , after he ran over and killed four soldiers, and – according to a statement by the Israel Police – injured 13 other soldiers.
23 years old, resident of Kafr 'Aqab, al-Quds District, killed on 30 Oct 2015 in Sheikh Jarrah, East Jerusalem District, by live ammunition. Additional information: Critically injured by gunshots fired by Border Police officers, light rail security guards and passersby, near the light rail station at Ammunition Hill, after stabbing a U.S. citizen. Later died of his wounds in hospital. According to media reports, the American civilian sustained moderate injuries. An Israeli civilian was also hit when shots were fired at Qneibi.
17 years old, resident of Ras al-'Amud, East Jerusalem District, injured on 13 May 2011 in Silwan, East Jerusalem District, by live ammunition, and died on 14 May 2011. Additional information: Critically wounded by gunfire from the one-building settlement of Beit Yehonatan in the neighborhood of Silwan, East Jerusalem, during clashes in which stones and Molotov cocktails were thrown at the building. The identity of the shooter remains unknown, and DIP and police investigations as to the possible involvement of police officers, settlement security guards or local settlers were closed on the grounds of “perpetrator unknown”.
