Israel's High Court allows fuel cut to the Gaza Strip
The Court postponed by two weeks its decision regarding power cuts to the Gaza Strip. However, the court did not intervene regarding the reduction of fuel supplied, although this decision constitutes a collective punishment of the civilian population.

Israel continues to delay entry of Gazan toddlers with cystic fibrosis
The two children require monthly treatment at Hadassah Hospital. Since September 2007, Israel has refused both parents entry permits into Israel. Unable to reach treatment, the children's condition has deteriorated.

Army demolishes village housing over 200 Palestinians, west of the Barrier
More than 200 Palestinians lived in Khirbet Qassa, west of Hebron. The village was an enclave in the area between the Green Line and the Separation Barrier, whose construction was recently completed .

Palestinian police kill demonstrator in Hebron and injure seven
According to reports, the Palestinian Authority prohibited public protests during the Annapolis Conference. A demonstration in Hebron was met with a violent response, leaving one dead and seven injured.

Testimony: Soldiers ordered to return money they stole from Palestinians
While searching a house in the village of Silat a-Thahr in Jenin District, soldiers stole a purse full of money, according to a testimony. When the owner demanded to speak to the officer in charge, he ordered the soldiers to return the purse, with the money intact.
